The answer is simple: we start small.

Try this:

• Pick one letter to focus on each week.

• Talk about the value behind it. For example, ‘K’ is for Kindness—what does kindness look like? How do we show it to others?

• Look for small ways to put it into practice. Maybe today, your child shares their snack with a friend. Maybe they say “thank you” to someone who helps them.

These small steps add up to lifelong lessons.
